We build the one piece your room is missing.

What we can take on

Three things bring people to the workshop: a piece that has to fit an awkward room, a piece worth repairing, and a room that needs a whole set. All three run through the same bench.

Bring a photo, a rough sketch, or just the measurements of the wall. We turn it into a drawing with real dimensions and a fixed price before any wood is cut. You see and sit on the frame before it is finished.

  • 01

    Custom furniture, built to measure

Sofas, sectionals, dining tables, beds, shelving and built-ins, drawn to the exact width, depth and height your room allows. Nothing is ordered from a catalogue.

    From $1,200 · typically 6–8 weeks

  • 02

    Upholstery and refinishing

New covers, new foam, new finish. If the frame is sound we restore the piece instead of replacing it, and we will tell you honestly when replacement is the better spend.

    From $380 · 2–3 weeks

  • 03

    Rooms and commercial fit-outs

A dining set, a lounge, or thirty chairs for a café that all have to survive daily use. We plan the whole room and build it in one production run so the wood and dye lots match.

Quoted per room · scheduled around your opening date

  • 04

    Delivery and installation

Blankets, straps and two people who know how to get a nine-foot sofa through a 31-inch door. We place it, level it, and take the packing away.

    $250 within 50 miles · quoted beyond

Six pieces, drawn to your wall

Every piece starts as a line drawing on the bench wall. These four are the ones people ask for most — each one is quoted to your measurements, so the price moves with the size, not the other way round.

Built by two people, not a production line

MIRVEXO QUELDARA opened in 2016 with one bench and a pickup truck. We still cut, join, upholster and finish everything in the same 4,000 sq ft shop, and the person who draws your piece is the person who builds it.

How the workshop runs

From first message to your living room

Four steps, and you only pay a deposit once you have approved a drawing with real dimensions on it.

01

Tell us the room

Send the wall measurements, a photo, and how you want to use the piece. A call is fine too. We answer with a drawing and a fixed price, usually within three working days.

02

Choose wood and cover

Come to the shop on Penhurst Drive and put your hands on the samples: white oak, walnut, ash, leathers and wools. No charge, no appointment needed on weekdays.

03

We build it

You get photos at the frame stage and again before finishing. Six to eight weeks is typical for a large piece, and we tell you if a material will push it out.

04

Delivery and settling in

We deliver, place and level the piece, then take the packaging with us. If anything needs adjusting in the first year, we come back and fix it.

Tell us the wall, the doorway and the deadline.

We will tell you what it costs, how long it takes, and whether we are the right workshop for the job. If a flat-pack piece would serve you better, we will say so.
